At the Pavilion

Congrats!

You have decided to throw a big party, and we thank you for considering the Crash Pad Hostel as your desired venue.

We know, you will love it!

The Pavilion is only available for private events with rental of the entire house!

The partially covered, graveled area, with string and LED lights and wall-mounted space heaters makes for a comfortable and intimate event space. The gas fire pit in the center area is for heat only (no smores). We also have a gas grill. The Pavilion is beautifully-landscaped and flows into a green lawn that is available for your event as extra party space. We welcome the use of large event tents in both the uncovered Pavilion area and lawn.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's the Minimum Stay?

2-Night Minimum. 3-Night Minimum on long weekends (MLK Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day and any other recognized holiday that falls on a Friday/Monday.)

What about insurance?

You must obtain event insurance and it must specify that the Crash Pad Operations, LLC and Crash Pad Hospitality, LLC are added as additional insured + Certificate Holders.

Do you need a rooming list?

Yes, a rooming list is required. For the best experience, the rooming list must be provided 1 week before your scheduled event. 

Can I BRING MY PETS?

Pets are not allowed inside the hostel but are allowed on the hostel grounds and The Hemingway Suite. Please be considerate, keep them on a leash and clean up after them.

Is there a deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the remaining 50% upon check-in. One person is responsible for payment. 

What's the cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 72 hours of your check-in date, you are responsible for the remainder of your room balance. Outside of 72 hours, you are not liable for any remainder.
*The Crash Pad does not provide the event with any Crash Pad staff assistance outside of caring the immediate guests of the hostel and their hostel needs. Trash cans and bags will be provided, and it is expected that the event will take the trash to the dumpster; ask for assistance in getting the trash to the dumpster if needed.
